12 days after starting the Cinch Inch Loss program, I fit into my skinny jeans. And they really truly fit. And they look good. And they feel good. And I never want to take them off!!! Again this week I wasnt the most well-behaved dieter. But who cares?! Im making some really positive changes, like switching the biggest meal of my day to lunch instead of dinner. Im eating breakfast everyday. Either breakfast or dinner is being replaced with a Cinch Shake. Im exercising 4-5 times a week. One of my next goals is to get a pedometer and make sure I am walking enough every day. Even though I am not the poster child for a perfect diet, I am seeing results! I think the exercise & the daily dose of leucine in the the shakes is helping me retain muscle, burn calories, and lose inches. I am still dropping inches faster than I am dropping pounds. As long as I can fit in my skinny jeans, Im a happy lady!
