25. Skinny Jeans

12 days after starting the Cinch Inch Loss program, I fit into my skinny jeans. And they really truly fit. And they look good. And they feel good. And I never want to take them off!!! Again this week I wasn€™t the most well-behaved dieter. But who cares?! I€™m making some really positive changes, like switching the biggest meal of my day to lunch instead of dinner. I€™m eating breakfast everyday. Either breakfast or dinner is being replaced with a Cinch Shake. I€™m exercising 4-5 times a week. One of my next goals is to get a pedometer and make sure I am walking enough every day. Even though I am not the poster child for a perfect diet, I am seeing results! I think the exercise & the daily dose of leucine in the the shakes is helping me retain muscle, burn calories, and lose inches. I am still dropping inches faster than I am dropping pounds. As long as I can fit in my skinny jeans, I€™m a happy lady!
